I had a run-in with stubhub as well and they have sent me many emails that I can use against them in a class action suit if anyone would like to sue the crap out of these people, let me know, I am seeking a lawyer now and I believe that if we can get enough people together we can sue them for all their worth and gain a profit for the hell they have put us through...

I am thinking about taking them to small claims court in my state. My brother purchased Eagels tickets for his birthday weekend online but when he checked his email the confirmation was for an Eagels game that had passed and with a team that no one likes. They are trying to offer a $50 coupon and refund transactions fees but that is BS. I am filling a complaint with the BBB and maybe a class action lawsuit too! :)
