LESLIES POOL SUPPLIES of ROUND ROCK TX. did send a technition to bring my swimming pool on-line,(fix leaks, repair what-ever, and clean. )Technition#(1) did not have the stuff to do the job,(He came from San Antonio, 70 mi ). The word was "we have only one tech for this area.". Tech#2 materializes with out enough parts to do the job knowing what needed to be done. He professed that he w ould finish the job in a month. Meanwhile, I find that he had replaced part that needed no r&r. They offered to send him back but I refused to have LESLIES on my property for fear that he may want to replace my SWIMMING POOL! A call to cust serv brought me to an executive's voice-mail never to be returned.
