Thank you, so much, for the throughness in repairing my beloved Konica-Minolta Maxxum 7D... You came very highly recommended by some Guru's on the WWWeb.

From my first exploratory phone call, to your customer Service Dept. speaking with Kim, who throughly knew the "In & Outs" of the "First-Frame BLACK" issue, of the K-M 7D, I knew I had made the right call, and immediately sent my camera in. Within a few days I got a confirmatio email my camera arrived and was being repaired promptly. A short while later I was notified (by Wendy)repairs were completed, and it was on it's way back to me. It arrived safely and is functioning like is was NEW !!
