Kitchen and Bath Depot POOR SERVICE & ATTITUDE, BAD WORK - Workmanship

My wife and i had some work done from these people. The cabinets for the kitchen were MEASURED wrong - i mean what kind of construction company does not measure right and accurately? THE WORST KIND, OBVIOUSLY. The cabinets when they came in were the wrong color and even wood species was wrong and then i was being forced to buy those instead of the ones i ordered and wanted. I had a mess on my hands, the workers do not come on time, phones are never answered in time, you cannot get through to the construction people without calling the office and the lady that took over is rude and has a bad attitude. The one that we started with in the preliminary stages was so much better, then they hired this ogre, who does nothing but brings the place down.The person who came to measure my house was on time but really had a bad attitude, think he was called Rick. The workers were ok but could not speak English at all, we had a real hard time. So, basically we paid in service for the price being low and regretted and still do, every minute of it.

Company employees have been told to repond to negative comments.
Warning: Avoid this company.
Their prices are sky high and their customer service is so negative that it will just turn you off.

Totally disagree with the comment about Kitchen and Bath Depot. We had a fantastic experience with them and I would highly recommend them to anyone. 5 STAR WORK!
