What a disappointment! I paid over $1600 for this refrigerator, thought it would be great and it isn't. After 8 months the refrigerator side would not stay cool, up to 50-55 degrees at times.
The repair man replaced the air diffuser
The grate inside was stuck shut not allowing the cool air from the freezer to circulate throught the vents in the back of the frig. Now 10 months later the same problem has occurred. Only now it isn't under warranty and the part that was replaced last May isn't under warranty. There has to be a design flaw for the diffuser to break so frequently. The repair man thought it might be freeing up and something breaking. Other than that the frig is fine, if you like warm milk!
