Keepsakes Etc is by far the worst company I have ever worked with! Not only did the company not place my order, but did not acknowledge that the order was not placed until four weeks later, when I called to find out why I did not receive my product yet. After some discussion with a sales representative, a manager, JoAnn, came on the phone and proceeded to yell at me and tell me how I am at fault for her company's error. After listening to her bash me, I still agreed to purchase the product, because I did not know where else to get it. A few minutes later, she called me back to say she did not want to make it any more. Poor business or what? I warn all of you shoppers out there never to purchase ANYTHING from this company. Their service is poor, their employees and managers are unintelligent and they do not run their business with any kind of regard for their customers. The manager, JoAnn, has no skills when dealing with people, and should be shut down for the way she treats customers. This manager and her company are a disgrace! Do not shop at Keepsakes Etc!
