We wanted bikes and decided to go to Dicks to see what they had--glad we did!We met Karl at the Victor, N.Y. store and he was the most knowledgeable man on whatever bike we asked about--plus he was the most engaging and hysterical employee that we have ever come in contact with!!! When we came out of there, we knew things about bikes that we had never known--we're in our 50's and 60's. Karl went above and beyond anything that we had expected and he definitely should be named greatest employee!!! Thanks Karl for everything and making our day!!! We are thoroughly enjoying our bikes!!
