JOSEPHSPENCER.COM sell's website templates on his website, josephspencer.com and on ebay under the username, JosephSpencerllc - In his ebay auction and on his website, he state's that he is the copyright holder and each site is custom made. After purchasing several of his templates, I was looking around on the internet and found the exact duplicate being sold at prozilla.com and other sites. Some of these website templates were even being given away for free!

Joseph Spencer has attached a license into all the sites as if he is the owner, however, you should be care as it is not only a lie but a scam as he is selling other peoples work.

He has a gas script / website template which he claim's is his own, however after looking into the script, it come to my knowledge that it was just getting data from a automobile site without given credit. Which means, if you purchase on of these templates. It will either go down after the site learns of this theft or the site will shut your site down and who knows, possibly fine you?

With all said, Buyer's SHOULD BEWARE OF JosephSpencer.com and JosephSpencerllc

I disagree with the complaints regarding Joseph Spencer. I have bought over 80+ websites and been nothing but pleased with his quick responses and customer service. I will definately buy from them again great asset to ebay and the web community. Again excellent seller and all around great company.

Josephspencer is one of the most trustworthy sellers in ebay. I recently moved to his hosting account and purchased a couple of websites from him. He is offering excellent communication (friendly and light speed responces) and full support for any possible concern. 100% thumbs up!!

Joseph has my vote here. I have purchased hundreds of dollars worth of websites from him. Exceptional ebay seller.

This is what is known as slander. This isnt right what is being done. Those with a real voice need to speak up. Typing it out doesnt do it. I believe in Joesph Spencer. I have a lifetime membership. I know how bad it is at Ebay first hand. The terms of use and rules are easily manipulated to the benefit of the buyer. The seller has no recourse when it comes down to it. Sellers cant even leave anything BUT positive feedback. It is one sided, and I think it needs to stop.

Shut downs, fines, The only person who should be shutdown or shut up is you bud. You are obviously a newbie who can't tell the difference between a template and a script, resale rights vs copyrights. Before you destroy a man's reputation maybe you should get an education.

I have purchased more than 50 websites from JOSEPHSPENCER.COM and found him to be honest and yes talented. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him and his websites!
Check out his ebay feedback! In the last 12 months he has had 746 POSITIVE feedback. Not a single Negative. In my book that speaks for it's self!
