For anyone who may be considering going with Direcpath please reconsider as you will be in for nothing but spotty service, bad customer service, and just an overall headache. First of all, Direcpath is a joke of a company whose prices and services are in no way comparable to any of their competitors. They make their money by monopolizing apartment buildings. I have no choice in service provider, as the only high speed internet provided in my complex is by direcpath. My service has not worked half the time. Now, I have a past due balance, and my internet service is still connected, yet direcpath wants me to pay a reconnect fee to pay my balance. For what? I have no idea. They tell me my service was disconnected last week, but I'm obviously online right now. This is a joke of a service provider. I would even go so far to say that if you are looking for apartments and your only option in a certain complex is direcpath, reconsider the whole complex. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE.
