This is to all who have had a problem with Bank f America/ Countrywide and been mislead and subjected to predatory lending. I have begun a massive movement to help those who have been faced with the same lies and high priced mortgages and foreclosures that we all face. I need everyone who has ever had a bad experienced to email me so that you can join the fight. There is power in numbers and I plan to be over a million strong and plan to effect BOA bottom line. Countrywide is in my estimation organized crime.It is gross what they have done to myself and the other borrowers.They have lied and decieved me for years now. I have now savings left ,had to file bankruptsy.1 yr ago in arpi and now they are saying they will modify my loan I am afraid its Day late dollar short. to stay I have to use the last bit of mney I have in savings ,feeling suicidal for the last year is scarey.
They are criminals no doubt.
I bought my house a week before my daughter turne 1 yr old she turned 16 yesterday. It was hard to celebrate with no money or food in the house.
They should have to pay us back and personnell should be held accountable. Class Action! I am in.
