CVS Pharmacy/CVS Caremark Corporation Complaint

My wife works for TYCO. This year they dropped Express Scrips and went with CVS. In Dec. I got a letter from Express Scrips saying they would pay for my Didrex thru 6/09. CVS swore to the HR dept at TYCO they would provide the same scrips except narcotics if Express scrips agreed to pay it. I know this for a fact because I have copies of the agreements and the people making them. CVS is a group of bare faced liars....Let me say that again in case they misunderstood....CVS IS A GROUP OF BARE FACED LIARS> They have lied to me.my doctor,and my wife and her employer. They have ran me back and forth between my doctor,my pharmacy,and now to my lawyers office. I am sick of it litterally. Last week I was diagnosed with an ulcer. I will be at my lawyers office within the next 14 days if I am again turned down for my Didrex. I talked to him today on the phone and my appointment is made. Why do these companies do this? I know there are limits on liabilities companies must pay in South Carolina,but in this case I believe they will still be pretty high. Don't take these lies and run around....Sue them!!! It is sad,but that is all these people understand.

These people at the mail order pharmacy are IDIOTS!!!I always call before I send in my prescription so I know exactly how much my order will be.Lo and behold every single time they send me a bill for a totally different amount and won't send the meds until everything is strightened out.I have called countless times to straighten out my bill and each time I get someone who wants to argue with me instead of help me.All I want to know is my BALANCE!!!WHAT IS SOOOOO HARD!!The phone reps for the most part are clueless and I am a nurse myself and find these people to be unhelpful and argumentative.God help anyone who orders from these idiots...GOOD LUCK YOU WILL NEED IT.
