Hi my name is Kevin, my wife and I are both JAG fans and have bean trying to get hold of the complete dvd set for some time. This was proving to be a life time acheivement for us because we live in England. We have only got season two on the shop shelves so far. So we trawled the internet to find out if we could get it any quicker, so imagine our delight when we came accross tvdvdworld and found they had all ten seasons for $138.99 plus postage and packing $59.99, a bargain we thought so we sent for it. When the package arrived it was in a pretty poor state, the jiffy bag was too big and it looked like someone had played ball with it, three discs were broken, and when I checked through even further I found that I had some duplicates, out of 41 discs 8 are no good to me. Needless to say my wife & I are very dissappointed, it's not just the money that you loose it's faith in mankind, why is it that so many people are just out to make fast buck and don't give a damn who they hurt in the process.

They got me too! Ordered the complete set of "It Takes A Thief" and waited forever but it finally came. Big deal. On the first disk, the second episode was mislabeled but all three episodes played. The second disk first displayed an error message then finally played --- "The Cosby Show"!! I called TVDVDWORLD and after holding a half an hour, I hung up. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
