I don't see why other people are having problems with this. Maybe it's not the actual magic jack and it's the person or there computer. I bought the magic jack and with in 10 minutes it was up and going and works great. I read all of the reviews before hand to see what I was getting myself into and I'm glad that I ignored all the negative one because I absolutely love it.

I use MagicJack on International Travel and believe me it works. Use the hotel internet connection and the hotel phone to plug into the MagicJack. Saves alot of money when calling back to the U.S.A.
