Its been over a year waiting for repair to be completed on my spa, I keep getting the run around, wrong parts, lost work order ,no return

calls, I have heard all the reasons

Tech has not showed up when scheduled, empty spa with out telling me, It,s been over a week since they have last been there and my spa is still sitting on its side waiting for them to complete the repairs. I called last Sat and they were going to send some one right away, however when they placed it on there side they cute the bottom cover and pulled some of the stuffing out, They had no plans to place it back the way they found it. They said they would have to order the new cover, its Wed and still not one has called me

I can not even get the manager to return my calls and he is the owners son, Good luck it getting return from the repairs department manager
