It's been almost a year since paying over $300.00 on instillation for this supposedly 'amazing' high speed internet access. It's wireless from a hub located in our small rural city and while we thought we were to far away the networker/owner *we never have been given a straight answer about that* promised us that we'd get a good strong signal.

We haven't. A company that promises 'Service at speed of light' is more like a 'Service at the speed of lags, glitchs and unloadable pages.'
We've had nothing but problems with this service, pages won't load, games played online lag out and die, we can't even log onto the sunncast.net website for our mail since it always says we have the wrong username/password, despite copying copiously the username/passwords the networker/owner gave us.
Wow, never saw *that* one coming.

The best part of all this is still to come, it got so bad the last few months that I made it my mission to call for service everytime I couldn't load a page faster than the dial-up service that I retained.

Last week, I was informed that his 'voicemail box was full'. Hmm..I wonder why exactly.

Sadly, since it's a small community any time I mention how bad the service is, or how I'd like to switch, I'm given a sob story about how the networker/owner has cancer and is only trying to provide for his family. Yes, this is true, but it in no way replaces the distain I have for his service and the loathing of myself for the thousands of dollars spent on this defunct service each month.

The sunncast.net website won't even load!

Seven hours with no email service, no-one answering sunncast's phone despite their vaunted "24-7-365 Customer Service"... This "company" is about as amateurish an operation as they come... The staff and techs must all share a single IQ about the same as my shoe size: 7 1/2....
