Item not received - can someone give me advice

I've been fighting this company for over 4 months now to get my paid order from them. They are terrible, everyday it's a new excuse. They will not mail my order and will not refund my money. I'm up against a wall here.

if you used a credit card, have the bank credit you back. case closed
