I purchased laptop through Office deopot in NJ Edison location and got my PC insurance , for 2 yrs extended warranty ,there was a minor problem i sent them to fix after manufacturer warranty expires, they sent be return label ,,once the my PC arrives in repair center , they said its not covered ,,,and they charges me 350 extra on my credit card..since i have no choice ,, i was trapped .. who will purchase Insurance thorough OFFICE DEPOT.
