When they installed they just drill holes in my house from the outside at a foot above the bottom of the house and ran the lines from Sat to each room from the out side leaving holes unplugged for water damage and line running on the outside of house everywhere. Looks very bad a botch up job. Dish took thier time and came in from the roof and to each room through the sealing and down the inside walls where you can not see lines. Avery nice job from Dish. Tech from Direct very UN-knowledgeable
