If you are considering buying this laptop.... don't. This is my forth dell laptop, the previous three were all stellar. WOrked well and I was very satisfied. I have had this laptop for under 8 months, I have had to replace the hard drive, the DVD drive had to be replaced, and now the unit is overheating and I have to ship it back to them for repair. To make matters worse, their customer service department is zero help and could care less. Dell just lost all my future business as well as anyone else I can convince.

Poor poor customer service, and I will be stuck with an expensive lemon.
