Inmod are crooks - Galicia convertible sofa

Inmod does not deliver items when they say they will. Their deliveries are extremely late, they charge your credit card as soon as you order from them online, and then they charge you hundreds of dollars for cancelling an order. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! They will rip you off.

UPDATE: The situation I described with the convertible sofa has been completely resolved and everyone at Inmod was very nice about it. I would retract my earlier review but I don't see where to do that on this website.

i've shopped with Inmod.com three times now. I love their large selection of furniture, especially my ball chair. Thier customer service is among the best I've ever come across and was even able to rush me my last order. They are always willing to answer my tons of questions and keep me updated about my order.
