Please beware when buying anything from this company or it sister company BAMX Sauna. I ordered a part for my sauna thru them because they are the only ones that carry it. After 2 weeks and still no part, I began a long stressfull process of getting my part. They were not helpful at all. After I finally received my part almost one month later, it wasnt the part that I ordered and they will not answer my calls or return emails.

So please beware of them. They will take your money.
