TDM Tiling Complaint

I contracted with TDM on July, 2008 to have my shower redone in granite. The TDM employees cut the expensive granite slab I paid for incorrectly and installed only the floor. I told the boss Tony della Morte Junior about the mistake. He returned my deposit payment, contract, and a letter stating that he was not continuing the job. This mistake stalled my job completion for three months. I had to get another installer to finish installing the granite into my shower. I had to buy another granite slab that cost me $2650 in order for the shower walls to match the existing floor pattern.
