Troop Realty prides themselves on proffessionalisim, accountablity and class. My experience was anything but professional. The agent I had was irresponsible, lazy and didn't care about the client (me) his main focus was money , making money at any cost. The listing he posted on the MLS was a mess it didn't have any correct information it had my home telephone number posted, there weren't any photo's of my home on the listing only exterior photos which we all know implies your house is a dump on the inside, when he held an open house he left my doors unlocked and open , he turned on lights that were off, turned off lights I had left on, he let potential buyers trample through my home with filthy feet. When I went to contact the manager about the issue the woman ended up being his WIFE! nepotisim? The woman was insulting, prejudice , rude, hormonal and angry . I tried to contact the owner and finally got through he said he was going to resolve the problem ... his resolution was to assign a new agent . The next day I receieve a telephone call from the office manager who started screaming obscenities at me at 9:00 a.m. she said she wanted to sever the relationshipship, it was her file and she was the one making the decesion not the owner. The owner called me back and said that the manager is just "emotional". Talk about accountability. Your best bet is to stay as far away from Troop Realty as physicaly possible.
