In two out of four years, this tax preperation company has managed to have my families tax return fall into the cracks and get misplaced.
This year the owner would not even speak to my wife. When she confronted them about their second error in four years,
she had to advise this company that they need to work on filling in their cracks!! Shawn Bennett Orangevale,California
