I just did the first two days of the workout videos and let me tell you, I am in some pain, I guess in a good way. I have worked out on and off for 15 years, and I have never had a work out that used all my muscles the way this video does. It is pretty difficult if you arent used to working out but I can pretty much guarantee you will be in amazing shape at the end of the twelve weeks.
