True, the tech support at Uverse is laughable. When I called, the tech explained that he looked for my answers on their info channel 411.
Also, what they don't tell you, is that if have a set-top dvd recorder, you will not be able to copy even very old movies onto dvd because unlike cable or sattelite, Uverse has to include copy protection on a lot of their channels, even Hallmark, HBO & Cinemax. The wierd part of it is that I copied Old Yeller OK, but the sequel Savage Sam had the copy guard even though it was on the same channel! What is this?
Uverse is also missing a lot of perks that Dish DVR has, but they aren't exactly advertising that now, are they?
