It sounds like the quality of their telemarketers has gone way downhill since Visible.net (once called Captures) scammed me. In fact the young gentleman who spoke to me was very energetic, sounded as if he was really a believer in the product, and was thoroughly convincing, even when asked questions about things their websites could do. In fact, anything I wanted in a website was supposedly right there - or would be in a couple of months when they would be bringing out their better than ever web builder!

NOT SO!
Being new to the internet I had stumbled upon a great little builder that was not very expensive, though they never claimed to be superheroes of Search Engine Optimization as Visible/Captures did.

The thing that makes me most ashamed is that I actually fell for all their hype, and after spending $25,000 plus monthly fees for a while, I asked to have my money returned as I gradually found out all the features they didn't have - like good designers, for example.

In one single day, one of their employees, as a gesture of goodwill, said they could, by optimizing my meta-tags on my current site - work wonders for it while I was busy building the new site. By the next day, I had gone from number three on the first page of my main search category on Google to somewhere out past page seven - I didn't even look beyond that - what's the point?

They told me they absolutely never give anyone their money back - and they surely didn't give me back one plug nickel.

They also didn't fix sending me to Google purgatory!

Oh yes, the service! While they had a very nice receptionist, my coach set up appointments with me weekly, and rescheduled over them almost every time.

I spent several very patient months trying to get questions answered, work with my "coach," etc., until I realized that their bogus, promise you anything, websites, their poor designers, and their lack of abilities in Search Engine Optimization, and "not there" for you coaches was a huge mistake. I really got taken to the cleaners. I just don't have that kind of money to play around with - I'm still trying to pay it off.

Their "ironclad" ,take no prisoners and refund no money under any circumstances, while offering no guarantees, or means of getting out of your contract (besides within the first couple of days - during which I would have had no time to figure all this out) led me to finally get it through my thick skull that they are the worst kind of predators.

When you complain, they'll promise you the moon in working with you and trying to get everything right - but enough is just enough - and for that kind of money I should have been able to pay a genious to set up a well designed website for me, and even enter the products for me!

Even if you do wind up hearing from a well-spoken and well intentioned telemarketer from Visible, Captures, or whatever they're calling themselves now (I wonder if they change their name periodically to make sure no one realizes who they really are!)

Take my advice and DON'T FALL FOR IT!!!

I signed on because I really needed help. Way to hit someone when they're down! As I said, I'm still paying off all that money plus interest.

If you need help - look for someone else with a guarantee offering your money back - I surely wish I did.

P.S. These guys learned their marketing strategy from used car salesmen.... Don't let them off the phone, until you beat them down and get them to buy something.

I know this is not the kind of people II would want to do business with! I got burned really bad - don't let it happen to you!
