If you do get through to someone.....you can barely hear them...and the fact that they are located somewhere like India is not helpful. They might want to help....but if you can't hear them..or understand them..it does not work!!!

They are all rude. They refer you to another source that, of course, doesn't work...so you keep repeating a bad situation...

I will never again recommend to anyone that they purchase a Tracfone ...

In fact, I will always tell them not to purchase a Tracfone.
