Ice cream cone/mamager - ice cream cones/manager

On 3/6/09 11:30 PM I ordered two ice cream cones. The ice cream cones were about 1 1/2" high and you could still see the inside rim of the cone. I took the cones back to my table and my mother said she wasn't spending that kind of money on that small of a cone. Itook the cones back to the counter and asked for my money back. The manager took the cones and scraped them back into the ice cream machine. I dont think the Health Department would like what she did. I thought that it was very disgusting and unprofessional.
