IT IS IMPOSSSIBLE TO GET AN ANSWER FROM EARTHLINK UNLESS YOU CHOOSE THEIR TOPIC. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXTREEMLY POOR WHEN IT COMES TO SOLVING INTERNET PROBLEMS. IF YOU ARE OFF LINE FORGET TRYING TO REACH THEM. IF YOU CALL BY PHONE YOU GET A REP THAT YOU CANNOT UNDERSTAND AND THEN TRYS TO MARKET OTHER PRODUCTS. A PROMISE OF TECH SUPPORT WAS GIVEN BUT NEVER RECIEVED. I AM ON DIAL UP BECAUSE OF FIXED INCOME STNDARDS AND CANNOT AFFORD CABLE OR I WOULD BE WITH A DIFFERENT COMPANY. THIS IS MY SECOND TRIP WITH EARTHLINK. I AM NOW LOOKING FOR ANOTHER PROVIDER THAT CAN GIVE HONEST AND RELIABLE SERVICE.
