I wrote this to ORBITZ >>> DONOT BOOK on ORBITZ
May not Concern: I had use your service online for few years now and today I discover that you guys where charging me a monthly subscription for service that I never request. You use some type of funny name like TLG/GREATFN our whatever!! To add monthly charges to customers that just want to book a ticket online (on time fee). The way I know this is because I check my bank account today and I had a $10.99 charge that I could figure out where it came from. I called your 800# that showed on my transaction and to make things worse The person on the other line could not even explained why I was been charge. I got very frustrated because until today I been satisfy with the service that you provided my in the past. I know that $10.99 is a minimum charge but if you added for several month, which was my case or even several years for people like me that are busy working and don't have time to microscopic look every small charge it could be a financial disaster. I never knew that my Credit card Information was going to get compromise from a company by signing on the Orbitz Website. This was my personal credit card information. We also had use Orbitz for work, I work for a very large communication company in a Management position, I will make sure that my co-workers know about it, as well as my friends, family and everyone that could have something like this happening. You should be embarrassed on how you conduct business online and mislead customers.
