I wrote the original review that was very bad. Since then, Bibbentucker's CEO has contacted me and offered to make it right--including reimbursing me for my very expensive pants. Given that this is very good follow-up customer service, I rescind my "frownie face" and give Bibbentucker's a thumbs up.
