I would seriously like to know how Pre-paid phone services get away with NON-refundable Service Cards?
Who on earth in our government is allowing these fat-cats to stock up more and more UNEARNED revenue???
I recently bought a pre-paid phone, in order to supplement some needs I had a few months ago. When I found out--after several unsuccessfull tries to get it to work in my area, I received a refund ONLY on the phone. The Wireless carrier claims that they NEVER refund Calling cards! Who gave them this power. It is UNEARNED income. In plain language it is money they have NOT earned for any service! In more plain language IT is STEALING!
Who told them it was OKAY????
