The customer service is atrocious. The salesperson misled by stating that I would receive a free motion detector. After multiple calls they finally sent it out. Then after a few months they started charging me 38 instead of 29. I called but was on hold too long and it was not worth my time. I sold my house and tried to transfer the service but they kept telling me they would email me the transfer paperwork but never did despite several calls. I finally gave up and payed them 530 dollars to close off my account. I would rather be robbed by a stranger then be robbed by Protect America.

You just got robbed by Protect America, hahaha!!! Sadly many sales people are liars!
