I worked for this company for eight monthes. It was a great job until i started having personal problems. the owner was aware of the problems and i even provided several doctors notes explaining my problems. He didn't seem to care at all about my problems. So i finally decided to find a new job. When i went to get my tools he refused to let me get them. I call th reno police department to try to get the tools and the back pay that he owed me. it took two officer visits just to get my tools. On top of that one day a customer came in and said their motor was blown. i pulled the alternator belt off and the car started fine. the boss had me put a new alternator on the car and charged the customer for a motor job that was around $1200 dollars. another incident another customer came in thinking their engine was blown and i pulled the fuse panel off and the truck started. the boss had me tighten up the terminals on the fuse block and put a exhaust manifold gasket on the truck, take it to the car wash and wash the motor and he also charged them for a motor job. this was just in the 8 monthes i worked for him, he has been doing this for the last 30 years. never take your vehicles to this shop. he is commiting tax evasion and selling salvaged parts as new or rebuilt.
