I will not and have not gone to Schooners in over a year because of poor food and even poorer service. Recently, my husband and 2 children went without me. They were seated and waited over 20 minutes for a server to greet them let alone take their order. No such luck! He came home and told me what happened. I called Schooners and asked to speak with the Manager. I told her, the Manager, that I just wanted to let her know about the situation (so that maybe she could address the issue). The manager was extremely defensive, short, and abrupt. She hung up on me! Never, in all my years of customer service, have I ever encountered such a reaction from management! Never!
