I will never give lowes any business again. in the future home depot will recieve it. reason.I bought a new washer,dryer,freezer in the same week I put it on my charge with in 8 months i paid off all but $700. i was going out of town so i decided to make my payment 2 weeks early. when i got my bill there was a late fee.they insisted I did not pay. I gave them $75 that same day and said I would be back in a couple weeks to pay it off. my next bill not only showed the payment i paid but also the one they said i was late. dated 10 days before the due date. I went right over there and showed them i was right and wanted the late fees given back. they said no so i handed them a check for the balance owed. by the way that paid the 2 year debt in 9 months. I no longer owe LOWES and no longer will buy there.I cut up my charge card and hope many other readers will do the same.

It's a shame when a responsible customer such as yourself is treated in such a poor manner. Simple mistakes on Lowes' part can lose a lifelong customer and your example is a great one showing that.
