I bought a special order dog collar from the Foxy Paws Plano store on 1/2/2008. They said it would take 2-3 weeks for delivery and it would be shipped to my house.

Since then, I have received nothing. I have made multiple calls to the store. No one can tell me... More...

Response from Foxy Paws Management: unfortunately this situation did occur. After it was brought to management's attention, we made every effort to obtain the product, but it was out of stock from the manufacturer. Foxy Paws happily refunded David and hopefully he will choose to shop Foxy Paws again like the thousands of other satisfied customers.
