I bought a special order dog collar from the Foxy Paws Plano store on 1/2/2008. They said it would take 2-3 weeks for delivery and it would be shipped to my house.
Since then, I have received nothing. I have made multiple calls to the store. No one can tell me where it is or even confirm my order. I have asked that the store manager, Michelle, call me back multiple times and she will not return my call. At this point, the people at the store refuse to give me their names and they refuse to help me. I have had enough!
As it has been over 1.5 months, no one can tell me what has happened to my order, nor can anyone provide me a return, I have decided that your store has taken my money and not delivered the product as promised. This is also known as fraud.
Because of this, I am filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and every online rating service I can find.
I will never buy from your store again and I will tell everyone in Dallas that I talk to about the fraud that was committed by your store.
If you have any interest in an attempt to rectify this, you can contact me. It is a shame that this happens over $25.
