We have our motorcycle insurance through Geico. They claim to be a great comapany...HOWEVER...when I paid my policy online, they deducted the amount 3 TIMES, and caused me overdraft fees. Now, they REFUSE to fix this. Geico is a bad company, and their representives... More...

We get these calls a lot at the co I work for...usually it is for people that submit their payment multiple times thinking their payment is not going through because their PC is blocking the payment confirmation window. We aplogize ALL the time even though it is a USER error.
