Popeye's Chicken Complaint

I went to this restaurant today, ( 01/02/08) and ordered 6 of their 1.99 specials which are and have been posted on their window for months. The sign states this is valid from 11am until 3pm, and no where on it does it state there is a limit. I have been there numerous times before and never had a problem with this. I was informed by the clerk that they "are only allowed to sell 2 of these at a time". I went back and looked at the sign again to verify that it did not list a limit, and went back to clerk and stated this and asked to speak to the manager. I was given a guy to talk to and he also stated "his manager" had told him they could only sell 2 at a time. I asked to speak to the manager again and he informed me the manager was not there and he was the manager today. It's obvious to me that this restaurant has no management and all this idiot did was make sure I will never return to their restaurant and will make my displeasure known to anyone I come in contact with.
