I went online and accepted the "free" 30 day trial, and canceled after 5 days. I was billed $2.99 2x times, even though I never even completed the "free" trial before canceling.

When I called to complain, I was told that I signed up for the service, which I did not do. I read all the fine print and made sure I was not signing up for anything which related to me being billed for the trial.

I also could not cancel online, but had to call an 800 number, which I did twice, and both times was told the service had been canceled, but when I called the second time, the rep said she had no record of my closing the first time.

I now am holding a cancellation number in my hand. If they bill me a third time I'll get my credit card company to reverse the charges...

I will never do business with Blue Mountain again..

Yes, Bluemountain is awful! It's ridiculous that you can't cancel online, and if you don't cancel during the trial period, they charge you for a whole year and it's nonrefundable! What a joke.
