I went if for a $20 oil change. They charged me $68 by the time i was done. That was for high mileage oil and air filter. I turned down all the other work they wanted to do. They would have tried to ring up a several $100 bill if they could.
Any time they offer anything, first ask how much it will cost. They say no, because they will over charge for what ever it is. Best yet go to an honest place for an oil change.
