I was told I would receive my order in 7 to 10 business days and that I would receive tracking information within a few days of my order date. It has been 27 days and I have not received any tracking information and my E-mails have not been answerd. I will wait a few more days before I file for fradulant charges with my credit card.

I orderd on the 5 th of december, my order # is 30677.
This was a Christmas gift and I was assured it would arrive before then.
