I was taken for money by a nasty company. They removed a large amount of money out of my account without my knowledge or permission. When I told Bank of America about it they did return my money but then they took it out again. When I asked them why they told me that I had given this company my visa information. I tried to tell BofA the I had not. I had ordered something from a company, paid for it and a month later another part of this company used the information for another product. That company is under one parent company and when I tried to tell BofA this they would not change their minds. Seems pretty simple that my information could be given from one part to another, doesn't it? Bank of America also overdrew me for a lot of money because of this. They will not even hear me at all. I am the client and had been for a number of years. They took the word of a company that is listed as a big 'Boo' company over their client. I found all this information on this company after this happened and if I can find it why can't the people at BofA? Do they really look? Don't look for BofA to protect it's clients. Only small amounts of money gets help. The larger amounts which include monies BofA might have to return just get ignored!! Goes along with all the increases in their charges. We are paying BofA to keep their doors open, really paying. They should not advertize that they protect their clients, I am a example of the protection!!!
