I was most distressed to learn that T-mobile had gone into my account and taken money out that was in my account to pay my mortgage. I called this place and spoke with a man named John who informed me that the draft was authorized and I informed this person that no one who had authorization gave them permission. This man went on to say that my wife gave them permission and when I informed this man that my wife did not make this authorization he informed me that someone did. My wife and I would never give them authorization on a non pay week simply because only the mortgage comes out on those weeks and nothing comes before the mortgage except God. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was informed that none was available, I asked for the Corporate Headquarters telephone # and was informed that he didn't know it. I don't understand how businesses can treat us so unfairly, when I was a kid growing up businesses did everything to keep their customers. Now it seems they only want to get over on you. Tmobile....what to say.. horrible. Customer service agents who cant even notate accounts. Heres the story. Iv ebeen on may contracts with them for years now. Started a new one last febuary. I recently moved. Apparently my area has no service with thier sorry excuse for a network. So i called to complain and was told that it was my sim card or my phone...which it was neither. So i wanted to cancel...here comes the 200 etf.
Well of course i did not at this point and called back days later to talk to someone else. They said i could get out of my contract for free because of no service. I just needed to verify my address. I went to my local store and they called it sat on hold for 20 minutes and never got anywhere. So i found a store at walmart that was open. So i called customer care and they told me that would work since i have no authorized dealer up here in maine...SO i went down and called customer care again like i was told to do with my utility bill in hand.. the first guy i talked to told me this was not possible...what?? then why did 5 other agents from the same department tell me i could? somethings fishy there if i dont say so myself? so i hung up called back and got someone better suited for the job. She told me no problem to have the kiosk operator call and id be set. By this time it has been about 3 days of on and of the phone with them....
At this point im pretty pissed of at the company. She told me to have him call and the line would be dead. So we did and after 3 days im done and believe me i will never ever be a T mobile customer again. I work for a hospital in the IT department i need to be accessible 24-7 and t mobile isn't . I would not recommend this company to anyone.
