I was at Braums in Monett MO....

I was at Braums in Monett MO. Sun. August 26, 2007, the food was great, but the manager on duty was rude, loud, discourtious to the customers and the employees. I felt so sorry for the casheir. The manager kept yelling at her while she was ringing our order up. and i might add the manager was in the back and yelling to the front. we ordered milk shakes . the casheir told the manager we wanted med size and the manager yelled back and ask if that is what we paid for. If i go there again (and i say if) ill make sure that manager is not on duty.

I was too at the monett braums.2 complaints i have..One is that earlier in the spring me an my child had went to braums.It appeared to be under constrution..We proceded inside with caution.apon enring the building the was sawdust,drywalls dust everywhere in the store.We figured we,d get our orde an eat in the car before i could give my order my son whom a second earlier was holding my hand is now face down on the floor in a pool of blood.I was told that i really need to control my child i appreciate contructive critasisum but that fact all my child did was turn to face someone whom had walked in??? Go figure..
