“I wanted to take this opportunity to pass along my heartfelt thanks to Joseph's Fine Catering for a job well done on catering my corporate meeting. I spent many hours visiting other establishments so that I would make the right choice concerning this most important event. What impressed me most was your painstaking detail to every little thing you deemed important to make this event a huge success.

I will tell you not only did you talk the talk, you also walked the walk. The only area I had a problem was the food was so well prepared and served I eat too much!!!
Having done many of these before I can appreciate what someone tells me is for the purpose of "selling" me on using their facility. What I did was to come in to your restaurant unannounced to have a meal to see what I could expect when everybody was not on alert to my presence, and can tell you that I came away knowing this was the place to hold my party. Your attention to detail in the daily operation is as impressive as when you have over 100 guests.

What I enjoyed as your Joseph’s On the Water restaurant customer was every bit as tasty as when you served my whole group. That to me is a sign of a great establishment. The service on both occasions was all anyone would wish for as it was executed with nary a glitch. I will not only enthusiastically hold a function at Joseph's on the water again but will also recommend that my business associates do the same. Again, thanks for everything and you can now count me as a steady customer. Sincerely.”
