I want out!!!

Please don't make the same mistake we did. We signed up with Direct to get a free HD Package. We had been Dish customers for years and in order to get HD we would have to pay for the boxes. With Direct if we signed up for service we could get HD for free. We signed on in December of 08 in the past 8 months we have had problem after problem. Every time you call a representative they come across with attitude like you are wasting their time. They treat you like they are doing you a favor. Hello last time I checked if I am paying for something and there is a problem somebody should be able to fix the problem with out making you feel stupid. Then when you try and cancel they throw out the word contract. Well I have had it with these companies. In my opinion they are breaking the contract by not providing the exceptional product they advertise and the service is piss poor. In my opinion if anybody is owed money it's me for the inconvenience Direct TV has been.

I agree. Dish Network is the best and most honest company. Direct TV is terrible.
