I visited my brother in louisville,ky and we went to pf changs in louisville and we never got after waiting nearly 2 hours. The customer sevice was horrible. They just forgot about us and there was attempt to let us know hou much longer it was going to take to get in. nothing was said. They did not even offer us anything to drink. Yon need to tell people the truth on how long it will take to get in. I think waiting 2 hours is too long to wait in any restaurt. I had heard how good the food was,but I do not think it is that good to be waiting for 2hours I will never eat at a pf changs restarant. You need to think of your customers.

I was completely disappointed with P F Chang. I had heard is was very good, and while the food is good, the service was VERY BAD. I was there with two elderly gentlemen, and our waiter (Stewart) was out right rude to us. The Food was good, but I have had just as good from the local take-away, with none of the attitude, and a tenth the price. I definitely will not go back any time soon
